Motion Industrial Solutions is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to take ownership of a key territory in Kalgoorlie and the surrounding Goldfields region. In this role, you are the face of Motion for your customers. You will build trusted relationships, understand operational challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that drive value, retention, and territory growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute customer-centric sales strategies across your allocated territory
Increase share of wallet through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion’s full product and service offering
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted industry partner
Achieve sales and margin targets in line with strategy and financial budgets
Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategic Managers, Customer Solution Managers, Branch Managers and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
Participate in safety meetings, training, and hazard identification processes
Requirements:
Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies
Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives
The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month
Nice to have:
Mechanical aptitude with mining, bearing or power transmission knowledge a strong advantage
Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential
