We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Manager to be the face of our Motion business for target customers. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for managing your territory’s sales and margin performance, leveraging our CRM system Fusion to prioritise and optimise customer engagement. This role offers a dynamic blend of customer-facing time and strategic planning, with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and high performance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead customer-centric sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Develop customised account plans and identify growth opportunities including cross-sell and upsell
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, tailored customer solutions
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies effectively
Ensure 100% utilisation of Fusion CRM for call cycle management and reporting
Promote safety and wellbeing in all work environments
Requirements:
Proven experience in key account management, customer retention, and revenue growth
Strong skills in account strategy development, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategies
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools like Power BI
