You will take ownership of key customer accounts, managing everything from initial enquiries and quotations through to order processing, dispatch and ongoing support. This is a hands-on coordination role where you sit at the centre of customer communication, production planning and logistics, giving you real visibility across the business and the opportunity to build strong working relationships internally and externally. Your work directly improves customer satisfaction, delivery performance and long-term account development.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage Key Account customers so they receive consistent service and clear communication
  • Process purchase orders accurately, helping avoid delays and rework
  • Track jobs through production and attend daily meetings, giving you control over delivery timelines
  • Coordinate dispatch and shipping so customers stay informed and confident in lead times
  • Prepare export documentation, building valuable experience in international logistics
  • Maintain customer portals and shipping systems, strengthening operational efficiency
  • Gather customer forecasts and feedback, helping shape future planning and growth
  • Produce monthly reports so performance is visible and improvements can be made
  • Support accounts administration and provide cover during busy periods

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination or order processing
  • Enjoy working with customers and being the main point of contact
  • Are organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Communicate clearly and work well with internal teams
  • Are confident using IT systems and documentation
  • Take pride in keeping things running smoothly
