Job Responsibility:

  • Respond professionally and efficiently to customer requests by phone and email
  • Follow up on orders to ensure smooth transportation operations
  • Ensure compliance with established pricing conditions
  • Establish daily transportation rates for completed shipments
  • Process quotation requests
  • Create and enter transportation orders according to customer needs
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments
  • Provide occasional support to sales and pricing teams
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and practices

Requirements:

  • College diploma (DEC) – an asset
  • Relevant training or experience in customer service and/or transportation – an asset
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (general communication with Canadian and U.S. customers)
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy
