Job Responsibility

  • You recruit and train strong store CR team of passionate IKEA ambassadors in order to secure smooth operations for our customers from day 1.
  • You are in close cooperation with store management team establish smooth and efficient working processes and routines for Gwangmyeong Store
  • You are speaking partner for retail establishment team in regards to future store operations and safety & security agenda.
  • You are together with your team contribute establish IKEA brand in the new market ensuring strong connection with the local needs of many people.
  • You drive a customer-focused culture throughout the complete market and secure an overall inspiring shopping experience where it is always for customers easy to shop.
  • You influence the unit management team with customer insights that will allow it to base business decisions on customer expectations.
  • You responsible for identifying and removing hindrances in order to secure an easy buying experience, a positive shopping experience and easy payment and after-sales fulfilment.
  • You support commercial initiatives and priorities before, during and after the shopping experience.
  • You establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders (including customer support) and external partners in order to protect operational standards and help safeguard the IKEA culture.
  • You ensure the building of business competence by supporting managers and team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
  • You identify and develop the many talents in the unit and within the department to secure succession planning.
