Job Description:

Customer Relations Coworker role focused on building and retaining long-lasting relationships with customers in a multichannel retail environment. The position involves handling complaints, assisting with product assembly, ensuring positive customer experiences, and working collaboratively with store functions to improve the shopping experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure workspace is effectively equipped
Handle customer complaints within authorization level
Assist customers with product assembly
Exchange component parts when needed
Offer solutions to frequently asked questions
Maintain safe and secure store environment
Drive sales growth and long-term profitability
Support department action plan
Work with manager to identify customer solutions
Follow cash handling procedures

Requirements:

Ability to assemble IKEA products
