Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join Customer Relations Team at our Head Office in Caerphilly. As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to resolve customer cancellations efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a portfolio of customer cases via various channels (telephone, email, letter)
  • Collaborating with Telephone and Field Customer Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring first-time resolution for customer issues to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Supporting the retention of business by delivering high-quality support to customers
  • Identify customer requirements accurately, fulfil promises of '1st time resolution', and aim to support business growth and retention
  • Proactively solve problems, deliver excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders, and support with cancellations
  • Successfully negotiating, and navigating any challenges, with both our customers and across the phs Group
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proactively offer enhanced customer experiences and increase revenue by selling additional products/services
  • Compile information to improve overall customer experience through feedback to the business
