As a Customer Relations Co-Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing exceptional customer service: Be helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers. • Handling complaints and inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary. • Optimizing the shopping experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized, and efficient at all times. • Processing payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience. • Assisting with product assembly & exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed. • Supporting store goals: Understand and contribute to the store’s commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability. • Ensuring store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues. • Promoting IKEA values: Uphold and reflect IKEA’s values in all customer interactions.
