Job Description:

Join the Customer Relations team at IKEA Exeter. Varied role with no two days the same - could be working on check-outs one minute and assisting customers in After Sales/Returns area the next. Fast-paced environment requiring weekend and evening availability.

Job Responsibility:

Create positive customer experience
Work with colleagues to improve customer experience
Meet and greet customers
Assist customers at check-outs and returns desk
Support customers with payment at tills
Provide support at self-serve scanning area
Build loyalty by listening to customers
Use knowledge of IKEA product range to offer solutions

Requirements:

Experience working in a team environment (paid, voluntary or at school)
Passion for learning
Enthusiastic about offering superb customer experience
Retail or customer-facing experience desirable
Willingness to work in fast-paced role serving many customers
Weekend availability
Evening shift availability

Nice to have:

Retail or customer-facing experience
Experience visiting IKEA at weekend to understand role nature
