Job Description:

As our client attaches great importance to the optimal customer experience we are looking for you, our future German-speaking customer service agent!

Job Responsibility:

Advise the customers of the German market about the brand and the products (the composition of the products, perfume scents, online purchase, store locations, etc)
Informing about the status of the orders, the delivery, the damages and returns

Requirements:

You speak, write, and understand German on a near-native level and English on a C1 level
You have at least an MBO level 4
You are available 7 days a week, between 24 to 40 hours, working hours from 9:00 to 21:00 and possibly on the weekends
You have experience with customer service work
You are customer-friendly and also have a commercial approach
