Job Description

Temporary Customer Relations Administrator to support team for 3 months, providing excellent customer service and being the friendly voice customers rely on

Job Responsibility

  • Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt and sharing of information related to complaints and queries
  • Collecting feedback to help continually improve offerings
  • General administration duties when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications
