Temporary Customer Relations Administrator to support team for 3 months, providing excellent customer service and being the friendly voice customers rely on
Job Responsibility:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt and sharing of information related to complaints and queries
Collecting feedback to help continually improve offerings
General administration duties when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications
