Job Responsibility

Helpful and friendly approach to customers
Ensure work space is effectively equipped and ready to help customers
Resolve customer complaints within level of authorisation
Assist customers with product assembly
Exchange component parts when needed
Offer solutions to frequently asked questions
Record information accurately in relevant systems
Ensure store is safe and secure environment
Drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability
Contribute to department action plan
Work with manager to identify solutions to customer issues
Help and support colleagues when needed
Work together with other store functions
Share knowledge with colleagues
Follow cash handling procedures
Look for more effective ways of working to reduce costs
