For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a Customer Project Manager. Manage projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects. Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction. Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution. Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end project implementation. Responsible for project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability. Identify opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluation. Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy. Lead the execution of contract Change Management process. Manage Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged on program. Build Cisco’s project community by sharing lessons learned, best practices and participating in the PM Role Community. Role Specific Responsibilities: Implement project structure and process to enable the delivery team to achieve on time, within budget, high-quality business outcomes for Cisco Customers. Ensure scope and Change Management are in place for the project duration. Ensure key stakeholder status reporting. Risk, issue, communications management. Mentor junior Project Management team members. Scope: Typically focused on 2-4 medium to large customer projects. Complexity: Moderate to high-risk profile; Medium volume of dependencies; Multi-technology projects; Regional project delivery experience. Project Specific: Delivery: Manage projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects. Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction. Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution. Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end project implementation. Responsible for project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability. Identify opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluation. Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy. Lead the execution of contract Change Management process. Supports presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design. Support: Supports Asset Management activities and control of assets. Troubleshooting and follow-up of support cases with TAC and BU Make sure both Cisco internal organizations and Customer are focused on case resolution. Drive escalations.

  • Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints
  • Price codes, work orders, reviews labor charges, builds, reviews, and delivers Pro Forma invoice to Customer
  • Execute and maintain schedule through aircraft delivery and follow-up
  • Monitor and oversee workflow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget, including shop floor efficiency
