Job Responsibility:

  • Provide finance support to Sales Managers, delivering insights that strengthen decisions and drive sustainable profitability
  • Lead annual and quarterly discount planning within the RE/BP process
  • Analyze profitability and deliver insights that strengthen negotiations and drive results
  • Support the development of commercial policies by contributing financial insights and recommendations
  • Oversee month‑end processes, ensuring accurate and timely posting of discounts and verification of revenue results
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate systems and reporting for greater efficiency
  • Partner cross‑functionally in key customer negotiations, providing clear financial guidance
  • Lead and support the professional development of team members

Requirements:

  • University degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar or equivalent finance role
  • Previous team management experience is considered an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent proficiency in business English, both written and spoken
