We are seeking a Customer Pricing Coordinator to manage customer contracted pricing reviews and maintenance, ensuring customer sales pricing is accurate, aligned to sales agreements, and supports margin protection. This full-time permanent opportunity is based in Oakleigh South. You will work across pricing administration, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and customer service to help maintain pricing accuracy and support business performance.
Job Responsibility
Set up and maintain customer contract pricing, discounts, rebates, and promotions in company systems
Communicate and apply supplier price increases to customer contract pricing
Compile sales pricing performance reports and provide updates on cost pricing activity
Manage customer and Account Manager links within pricing systems
Validate, monitor, and upload customer pricing quotes in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute pricing reports while maintaining accurate logs and deadlines
Liaise with Branch Managers, Account Managers, and senior stakeholders on pricing queries and insights
Deliver strong customer service through pricing accuracy and timely issue resolution
Requirements
Previous experience in Pricing or Administration is preferred but not essential
Experience in sales and data management within supply chain or a similar environment
Knowledge of contract agreements relating to pricing
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to organise work, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office capability, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to customer experience
