Job Description:

Join our Fulfilment Team at IKEA Southampton. We’re on the lookout for a Customer Order Picker who can ensure every item is ready and waiting. If you’ve got an eagle eye for detail, love a hands-on role, and have a passion for perfection, we want you!

Job Responsibility:

Picking all our click and collect orders throughout the store and handing them out to our customers
Checking customer order is correct for delivery
Ensuring products are available to customers
Ensuring compliance with the IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations
Working to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation
Customer resolutions, supporting customers rescheduling their orders

Requirements:

You enjoy a physical, hands-on job
You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices
You proactively look for tasks to be done
You have an adaptable mindset
You work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals
