Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service or Order Management professional with a background in engineering or manufacturing? We are looking for two proactive individuals to join our team in Peterborough, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for key customer accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order lifecycle from setup and entry to tracking and logistics
  • Own and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations through detailed research and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained and that all export/shipping documentation complies with relevant legislation and policies
  • Act as the bridge between customers and manufacturing locations for any quality or non-conformance claims
  • Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Order Management (COM) or Customer Service (CS) role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Solid understanding of or affinity for technical environments and processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Sharp eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex tracking and quality management systems
