Are you an experienced Customer Service or Order Management professional with a background in engineering or manufacturing? We are looking for two proactive individuals to join our team in Peterborough, managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for key customer accounts.
Job Responsibility
Act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order lifecycle from setup and entry to tracking and logistics
Own and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations through detailed research and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure accurate records are maintained and that all export/shipping documentation complies with relevant legislation and policies
Act as the bridge between customers and manufacturing locations for any quality or non-conformance claims
Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Customer Order Management (COM) or Customer Service (CS) role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Solid understanding of or affinity for technical environments and processes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
Sharp eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex tracking and quality management systems
