The Tote are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Operations Team. The Tote has been part of the UK betting landscape for nearly a century, we are racing's most popular pool betting operator and can be found online and across all racecourses in the UK and Ireland. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring customers have a smooth and safe experience when betting
  • Working across different functions including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Player Protection (Safer Gambling), Fraud & Payments administration, and Racing Operations
  • Committing to evening and weekend work on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a customer facing role
