Job Responsibility:
Ensuring customers have a smooth and safe experience when betting
Working across different functions including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Player Protection (Safer Gambling), Fraud & Payments administration, and Racing Operations
Committing to evening and weekend work on a rota basis
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a customer facing role
Excellent customer service skills
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow
Flexibility
Excellent organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
