Job Description:

Enhancing customer satisfaction by optimizing the shopping experience; lead and coach team members in various customer service areas; ensure customer experience standards are met; recruit and develop employees while maintaining safety and compliance standards

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coach retail floor co-workers
  • oversee daily Smaland operations and restocking shopping tools
  • ensure greeter is available to guide customers
  • monitor customer service co-worker performance
  • recruit, onboard, train, and develop co-workers
  • manage individual development plans and delegate responsibilities
  • ensure co-workers are proficient in systems knowledge
  • manage supplies and equipment
  • partner with Risk & Compliance for safety and inventory standards
  • provide training on Smaland processes
  • address escalated customer issues

Requirements:

  • 3 years of related experience
  • knowledge and understanding of Customer Service standards, routines and best practices
  • intermediate computer skills, knowledge of basic math and formulas
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
