Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy across several channels including email and social media chats
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and respect
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered by liaising with warehouse personnel
Manage returns, issue refunds, liaise with the warehouse regarding any order issues
Share customer feedback and information with other team members

Requirements:
1-2 years of CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk or equivalent)
Educated to degree level or currently studying at degree level
