Join our international Customer Operations team and help us deliver a flawless payment experience to merchants across Europe. Market Pay is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our enterprise payment solutions. You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer queries promptly and professionally
Investigate and resolve financial transaction issues, including double charges, claims, and chargebacks
Perform in-depth research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessments using internal and external sources in close collaboration with the Compliance department
Conduct business customer screening and monitor for potential risks, reporting to Compliance Department
Investigate client-reported issues, provide solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process
Communicate with customers in English or via translation tools to address issues and inquiries effectively (main markets: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium)
Ensure all submitted KYC/KYB documents comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adherence to data protection standards
Process client payment/acceptance setup modifications and profile adjustments accurately
Oversee billing, supplier management, and a variety of back-office tasks to support operational efficiency and broaden your expertise
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to correspond clearly in English (French, Spanish or Italian is needed) or experience using translation tools for day-to-day communication
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Experience in financial services, risk assessment, or customer support is a requirement
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and Independent player with developed problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
English as well French, Italian or Spanish
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work together with multiple stakeholders in remote locations
Ability to multitask and prioritise, focus on most impactful activities without the close supervision
Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames
