Customer Operations Specialist

• Analysis of operational data and preparation of reports, presentations, and business performance indicators
• Monitoring and support of corporate client collections and debt management operations
• Contact and negotiation with corporate clients
• Interaction with service providers (BPOs, application maintenance teams, lawyers, etc.)
• Oversight of system development
• Development of new ways to improve operational management processes

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience
• Previous experience in collections, debt, and litigation is valued
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
