Part-time role working 20-hours per week as a Rental Operations Agent responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and promoting the company's products and services. On occasion may also need help out back cleaning and preparing vehicles for the next customer.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and interact with customers
Market products and services
Process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Check vehicles in and out
Conduct inspections for damages
Clean vehicles from time to time
Requirements:
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
