Job Description:

We have an opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work to join our Apex Car Rentals team based at the Christchurch Airport. As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers in this is an entry level position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and interact with customers
  • Market products and services
  • Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings
  • Inspect vehicles for damages
  • Assist with the cleaning of vehicles

Requirements:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
