Job Description:

Part time position available - working 24 hours per week. Rotorua Airport based. Supportive, friendly, and caring culture. Entry level role with training provided. Stable, global company with opportunity to move internally. As we operate 7 days a week from 0800 to 2030 each day, you will be scheduled to work 24-hours per week during our operating hours which means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of vehicles both interior and exterior
  • Work from customer counter to greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings

Requirements:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
