Part time position available - working 24 hours per week. Rotorua Airport based. Supportive, friendly, and caring culture. Entry level role with training provided. As we operate 7 days a week from 0800 to 2030 each day, you will be scheduled to work 24-hours per week during our operating hours which means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Job Responsibility:
Inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of vehicles both interior and exterior
Work from customer counter to greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings
Requirements:
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
