As a Customer Operations and Logistics Specialist your reponsibilities will be: Handle customer orders and oversee the entire order-taking process. Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries. Coordinate effectively with 3PL partners. Execute and oversee EXW exports. Follow up on delivery performance and actively resolve any customer complaints. Manage SAP processes, including MIGO (goods movement) and Purchase Orders (POs). Administer transfer prices, rebates, and tariffs. Maintain and update customer and material master data in the system. Prepare, organize, and manage audit documentation. Manage customer claims, tracking any related logistical issues and costs. Communicate proactively with all internal stakeholders and external partners. Issue invoices in strict compliance with Greek tax regulations. Maintain all required operational records. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports. Ensure full adherence to company procedures and QHSE standards.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
3–4 years of proven experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service
Familiarity or specialization in oil/lubricants and packed products is highly preferred
Proficient in SAP, specifically in Customer Service (CS) and Logistics functionalities
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of sea freight/transport and bulk deliveries is considered a strong plus
Degree in Sciences, Engineering/Polytechnic, or a related field is a strong plus
Previous experience working in fast-paced industries, such as food, chemicals, or energy
Nice to have:
Familiarity or specialization in oil/lubricants and packed products is highly preferred
Knowledge of sea freight/transport and bulk deliveries is considered a strong plus
Degree in Sciences, Engineering/Polytechnic, or a related field is a strong plus
Previous experience working in fast-paced industries, such as food, chemicals, or energy
