Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Kingshill! Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming customer service emails and calls regarding defects
Ensure prompt responses within our Service Level Agreements
Accurately enter customer defects into the House Builder Pro database for ongoing maintenance
Issue defect notices to contractors on new sites
Coordinate access arrangements between customers and contractors
Generate weekly reports on outstanding defects for review
Book customer service manager calls post-completion
Submit purchaser details to the In-House Research team

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written, and IT skills (proficient in Excel)
Experience with new build developments is desirable
A full UK driving licence is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints calmly
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
