Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming customer service emails and calls regarding defects
  • Ensure prompt responses within our Service Level Agreements
  • Accurately enter customer defects into the House Builder Pro database for ongoing maintenance
  • Issue defect notices to contractors on new sites
  • Coordinate access arrangements between customers and contractors
  • Generate weekly reports on outstanding defects for review
  • Book customer service manager calls post-completion
  • Submit purchaser details to the In-House Research team

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and IT skills (proficient in Excel)
  • Experience with new build developments is desirable
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints calmly
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
