Job Description

As our next Customer Onboarding Specialist, you won’t just be showing customers how to use a tool—you’ll be the strategic architect of their early success. At ActiveCampaign, we believe the first 90 days are critical, and you will be at the forefront of the LATAM market, partnering directly with new customers across Spanish-speaking regions to translate their business dreams into automated realities. You’ll lead discovery sessions, architect outcome-based implementation plans, and leverage our Active Intelligence tools to ensure every customer realizes tangible value quickly. This isn't just about technical setup; it’s about shaping the growth trajectory of businesses by helping them master the art of marketing and sales automation. This is a hybrid role, based out of our office in Brazil, where you will collaborate in person with your teammates 3 days a week.

Job Responsibility

  • Own a defined Book of Business of new customers, acting as their primary strategic advisor and project manager throughout the high-impact onboarding window
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to deeply understand customer lifecycles and tech stacks, distilling complex business goals into simple, measurable onboarding milestones
  • Design and execute scoped implementation workstreams, including migrations and integrations, while coordinating closely with internal Solutions, CX, and Partner teams
  • Harness AI-forward tools like Glean to prepare for high-level consultations, summarize key decisions, and build mutual success plans that keep projects moving at pace
  • Proactively manage portfolio health by using data signals to identify risks or expansion opportunities, ensuring a seamless handover to long-term Account Management
  • Advocate for the LATAM customer voice by feeding insights back to Product and Enablement teams to improve playbooks and the localized user experience
  • Introduce cutting-edge Active Intelligence features to customers, showing them how AI can accelerate their own adoption and scale their business results

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or consultative customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving early customer value
  • Native Spanish (written and spoken) is required to effectively lead consultations across our diverse LATAM and global customer base
  • Native or Fluent Portuguese and English is a significant advantage for deeply supporting our customers
  • Experience with Marketing or Sales Automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred
  • HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools are highly valued)
  • Familiarity with the WhatsApp and Meta ecosystem and platforms (Wati, Blip, HyperFlow, Manychat, etc.) to help customers navigate regional communication trends
  • An AI-Forward mindset, with comfort using AI tools to streamline daily workflows and a passion for helping customers adopt new technology
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining a consultative, solution-oriented approach
  • A customer-outcome obsession, with the talent to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for business owners and marketers

What we offer

  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: Top-tier benefits package that includes medical and dental benefits paid 100% by ActiveCampaign for you and your dependents, complimentary access to telehealth services, and a free subscription to Calm
  • Growth & Development: Access to LinkedIn Learning, professional development programs, and career growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge and take the time you need to maintain work-life balance
  • Total Rewards: Meal vouchers for office lunches, a home office stipend to cover at-home workspace expenses, and a four-week paid sabbatical with bonus after five years
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside brilliant, passionate colleagues in an environment that values innovation, teamwork, and mutual support
