Job Description

Drive Unmissable POS Materials Execution for Foods (Bouillon, Soups, Mini Meals and Condiments) Category across Channels, to Maxime Shopper Awareness, Attraction and Conversion in every POS.

Job Responsibility

  • Guarantee Unmissable Visibility Guidelines to all POS Materials
  • Work Closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing Teams to Level Up Visibility Capabilities (Based on Shopper Insights)
  • And as Frontliner Role, Bringing Inputs from Merchandiser Team to Optimize our Materials
  • Plan and Execute Marketing and Customers POS Programs as Demand Generators
  • Budget and Full Purchase Process Owner
  • Coordinate and Audit 3rd Parties to Ensure Quality of Materials (Hard) and Flawless Execution
  • Track, Measure ROI, Market Share Growth and Evaluate Execution Compliance in Order to get Inputs and Insights to Improve POS Material
  • Examines & Interprets a wide Variety of Data and Make Recommendations and Decisions
  • Delivers and Communicate Effective data Stories, through analysis of Information, presentation and visualization
  • Develop and test Hypotheses to solutions to Unilever Brands, based on current trends and new insights

Requirements

  • At Least +2 Year Experience Working with FMCG, ideally Food Sector
  • Demonstrated Experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/Marketing / Field Sales designing and executing Commercial Strategies / Visibility Programs
  • Proven Track Record working with Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Agencies
  • Analytics, Driven Business Performance, Effective Communication
  • Knowledge of Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI (Working Knowledge)
  • English Advanced
