We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across Emplifi’s customer base. In this role will focus on turning satisfied customers into long-term partners and active advocates. You will own programs that increase customer engagement, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of customer proof to support growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring Emplifi delivers value beyond the product—creating meaningful customer experiences that strengthen relationships and drive measurable business outcomes. This role can be based in our European Offices in London, Munich or Prague.
Job Responsibility
Work closely with leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion across Emplifi’s customer base
Partner with Product Marketing to develop and execute programs that ensure customers are realizing value from the platform, increasing adoption and long-term retention
Drive campaigns and initiatives that support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to identify and activate expansion opportunities
Drive reuse of demand generation campaigns and assets for customer audiences, tailoring messaging to support retention and expansion
Scale Emplifi’s customer advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, and reference management
Identify, engage, and nurture customer champions, turning satisfied customers into active advocates and contributors
Drive creative and engaging customer marketing activities across regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance
Research, plan, and manage customer engagement programs, including webinars, roundtables, and virtual and in-person events
Establish and run customer advisory boards in partnership with Product and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback informs product direction
Support the strategy and execution of customer-focused events, including Emplifi’s user conference and regional activations
Identify and engage third-party experts, partners, and customers to strengthen credibility and deepen relationships
Manage program execution end-to-end, including logistics, vendors, and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery across all initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related marketing roles in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion
An AI-first mindset, with the ability to continuously leverage AI tools to simplify processes, streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive measurable business impact
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
Comfortable managing multiple programs and stakeholders across regions
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and customer marketing platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience managing events, campaigns, and customer programs
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate impact
