Your New Position: Are you a commercial marketer who thrives at the intersection of Brand Strategy, Sales and Finance. We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Marketing professional for a pivotal 12-month contract. In this role, you will be the driving force behind translating powerful brand and category strategies into winning customer plans across top accounts in Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced position focused on delivering immediate impact, speed to shelf, and market share growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Activation: Translate overarching brand and category strategies into executable, sales-driving plans for major ANZ channels
  • In-Market Excellence: Lead the execution of promotions, NPD launches, visibility initiatives, and POS materials in tight partnership with the Sales team
  • Commercial ROI: Drive top-line growth and market share by optimising distribution, rate of sale, and trade spend effectiveness
  • Performance Tracking: Deliver execution excellence with rigorous ROI tracking, ensuring rapid course correction where needed
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the critical link between Sales, Finance, and Marketing to build mutually beneficial customer plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management within the ANZ pharma, cosmetics, supplements retail landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing trade spend and analyzing retail data to drive ROI
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills - you know how to speak the language of both Brand Managers and Account Directors
  • Agility and speed
