The Team You'll Join: You'll be part of our EMEA Customer Marketing team led by Julie, Director Marketing. The team consists of marketers working together to drive global awareness of the Mirakl brand and fuel customer base growth — through great stories told by strong advocates. The team operates across three dimensions: Advocacy (marketing with customers), Community (driving adoption and retention), and Demand Generation (supporting upsells and account expansion). Customers are the North Star at the centre of everything we do. AI and agentic workflows are core to how we operate — Dust agents, LLMs, and automation are part of our daily toolkit.
