As part of the Professional Hygiene team, the Customer Marketing Activation Manager focuses on delivering to our B2B customers with our global leading Tork brand. With a range of products, dispensing systems and solutions used in commercial settings, this business unit delivers expertise in hygiene and sustainability. You’ll find Tork products such as toilet tissue, hand towels, napkins, wipers and skincare in office buildings, healthcare facilities, restaurants, hotels, schools, manufacturing sites, arenas and other public venues.
Job Responsibility:
Recommend and activate omnichannel customer marketing plans for selected strategic customers
Support the launch of product innovations and Segment/Brand campaigns
Establish Tork’s digital shelf presence on distributors webshops
Build Tork brand Equity with distributors through delivering brand presence at trade shows
Provide support with budget management and campaign analytics
Manage local marketing agencies to secure development of customised content
Make recommendations to optimise customers’ product mix
Be an active voice in the wide marketing community at Essity
Responsible for coordinating and performing Product, Segment, Brand and Services training as well as loyalty programs for customers
Requirements:
Passionate about delivering on strategic marketing plans in collaboration with commercial colleagues
Driven by innovation in products across multiple B2B segments
Enthusiastic and open-minded approach to work
Strong sense of urgency
Self-starter keen to activate and implement local strategies
Highly customer focused, ideally gained within a B2B marketing environment, or have strong B2C experience
Confident and credible presenter with excellent communication skills
Adept at developing relationships with people across all levels of business
Ability to travel within UK & ROI and 2-3 times per year within Europe
