Job Responsibility

  • Lead customer advocacy programs and manage incentives, eligibility, and fulfillment
  • Own NPS tracking, feedback analysis, and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to collect insights and improve the customer journey
  • Create content such as case studies, testimonials, reviews, FAQs, and solution pages
  • Manage Customer Advisory Board operations—organize meetings, capture insights, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Conduct customer interviews and surveys to identify success stories and build authentic relationships
  • Support marketing launches by aligning customer insights with messaging and campaign strategies
  • Measure and report on customer marketing performance—advocacy metrics, NPS trends, engagement data, and ROI

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS (digital marketing or adtech a plus)
  • Proven ability to run advocacy and incentive programs, manage NPS tracking, and create customer-facing content like case studies, testimonials, and reviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and customer engagement
  • Strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Confluence, Slack, and GA4
  • Comfort with using AI tools for scaling customer insights, automation, and personalization
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales
