Job Description:

MAIN JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for leading and growing strategic partnerships with key customers within Health & Beauty Channel. This role drives business development, joint business planning, sales growth, and profitability through category management, shopper insights, and execution excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for leading and growing strategic partnerships with key customers within Health & Beauty Channel
  • Drives business development, joint business planning, sales growth, and profitability through category management, shopper insights, and execution excellence
  • Take full ownership of assigned categories with strong accountability and a growth-driven mindset
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with customers to deliver sales targets with concrete business plans, promotional activities and tailored channel strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance in-store experience
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across functions to drive category growth
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities through category, shoppers and market insights
  • Lead assigned projects and empowered team members to reach objectives while contributing as an effective team player
  • Manage trade spending and promotional investments, ensuring efficiency and return on investment
  • Monitor performance vs. KPIs, providing corrective action plans where needed
  • Conduct in-depth sales and category performance analysis, evaluate promotion effectiveness, and recommend improvement plans to close gaps
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to deliver seamless business execution

Requirements:

  • At least 3-8 years of experience in Key Account or Modern Trade channel management (FMCG exposure is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellence stake-holder management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Analytical, data-drive mindset with strong financial acumen
  • Highly operational with high attention to details
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
