IKEA Southampton are looking to welcome a Store Loyalty Specialist to join our amazing team. Are you passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving brand loyalty? Job Responsibility:

  • Work with the Store Commercial Activity Manager to ensure IKEA FAMILY and IKEA Business networks are integrated into the local commercial calendar
  • Ensure retail foundation is in place for IKEA FAMILY, including store thread, visibility of benefits, pricing, stock locations and accurate forecasting
  • working closely with the store Commercial Team to make it happen
  • Planning, coordinating and promoting customer events in the store through IKEA FAMILY to drive visitation, customer and loyalty engagement
  • Ensure that all the local communication channels are kept up to date to meet the needs of the customers
  • Collating and sharing loyalty data and KPIs within the Store Commercial Teams and key stakeholders across the store to enable the store to act on locally relevant loyalty opportunities
  • Allocating and coordinating local community budget to support unit neighbourhood engagement plans, including local PR and local causes
  • Contribute to the People Planet Positive agenda by engaging with IKEA FAMILY members about sustainability through events
