Job Description

If you love helping customers and have the patience to listen and solve customer problems to provide customer satisfaction, then this role helping us bring brilliant broadband and digital happiness to our customers may be the role for you. This is a Customer Service based role, with the aim of retaining customers (e.g. when their contract runs out) and would also include an element of increasing revenue through highlighting and discussing options for upgrades and additional services.
