Job Description

The Customer Logistics Specialist coordinates end-to-end order and delivery processes to ensure high product availability and excellent customer service. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, and supply chain teams, focusing on execution excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate customer order processing and deliveries
  • Monitor daily shipment execution and respond flexibly to demand changes
  • Manage promotional orders, new SKUs, phase-in/phase-out activities
  • Analyze service KPIs and drive improvements
  • Identify root causes of out-of-stocks and implement mitigation actions
  • Support forecast accuracy and sales planning at customer level
  • Optimize logistics processes and cost to supply
  • Cooperate closely with Customers, Sales, Planning, Transport, Warehousing, and Production teams
  • Prepare reports and manage data in SAP and related systems
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and logistics initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (would be considered as an advantage)
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Experience with SAP and EDI systems (would be considered as an advantage)
  • English and Local Language (depending on location Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian) proficiency

  • Experience with SAP and EDI systems
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
