Job Responsibility

  • Managing relationships with high-volume, key partners
  • Coordinating supply chain-related matters, including: product availability, shipments and deliveries, handling quality issues
  • Supporting the order-to-cash process (from order placement to payment)
  • Continuously informing partners
  • Handling and resolving delivery and order-related issues
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (sales, production, planning, logistics)
  • Tracking processes and making improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer management or customer service
  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Confidently manage complex situations and parallel tasks
  • Team player, but also work well independently
  • Open, assertive, and a good listener

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex customer management (e.g. complaint handling, key account support)
  • Background in logistics or supply chain
