Job Description:

Essity is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for our Health & Medical business in Chile. This role ensures product availability while optimizing cost efficiency, inventory health, service levels, and compliance for medical device distribution. You will have a direct and strategic impact on the local business performance, operational continuity, and connection to regional and global supply networks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the teams responsible for Planning, Inbound Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Service
  • Drive the S&OP process, ensuring demand accuracy and supply reliability
  • Ensure superior service levels (Fill Rate, OTIF) while optimizing inventory and minimizing SLOB risks
  • Manage end‑to‑end logistics costs and their impact on the business P&L
  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and a growth mindset

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineer or similar background
  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within Healthcare, Medical Devices, or regulated industries in multinational companies
  • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Experience leading multicultural teams
  • English Language skills are a must
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory frameworks for medical products (desirable/strongly preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems, Master Data, Business Intelligence tools, and planning systems
