Essity is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for our Health & Medical business in Chile. This role ensures product availability while optimizing cost efficiency, inventory health, service levels, and compliance for medical device distribution. You will have a direct and strategic impact on the local business performance, operational continuity, and connection to regional and global supply networks.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the teams responsible for Planning, Inbound Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Service
Drive the S&OP process, ensuring demand accuracy and supply reliability
Ensure superior service levels (Fill Rate, OTIF) while optimizing inventory and minimizing SLOB risks
Manage end‑to‑end logistics costs and their impact on the business P&L
Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and a growth mindset
Requirements:
Industrial Engineer or similar background
At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within Healthcare, Medical Devices, or regulated industries in multinational companies
Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to work cross‑functionally
Experience leading multicultural teams
English Language skills are a must
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory frameworks for medical products (desirable/strongly preferred)
Experience with ERP systems, Master Data, Business Intelligence tools, and planning systems
Nice to have:
