Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Logistics Manager who will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our key customers while driving efficiency across our supply chain operations. If you have a strong background in logistics, passion for customer experience, and the ability to lead and develop teams, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer partnership & service excellence: Build strong relationships with key customers and continuously improve service levels
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and act as a trusted partner for Commercial teams
  • Co-create and implement joint initiatives with customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration & efficiency: Collaborate closely with Distribution, Warehouse, Planning, Production, and Finance teams
  • Drive optimization of logistics processes, transport models, and cost efficiency
  • Support improvement of goods flow and overall supply chain performance
  • Leadership & team development: Lead and develop a team of Customer Logistics professionals (5 direct / 8 indirect reports)
  • Drive engagement, performance, and capability building
  • Support talent development and build a strong, collaborative team culture
  • Digitalization & innovation: Drive implementation of digital tools and improve customer collaboration
  • Bring best practices from the CCH Group and the broader FMCG market

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service (ideally FMCG)
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage costs and optimize processes
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Innovative mindset, openness to change, and focus on sustainability
