Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. The Customer Logistics Team is responsible for all aspects of Order Processing and Order Management for Merchants, Stockists and other Bosch business areas, including export, staff and inter-departmental. We work with the wider Logistics departments daily and collaborate with many other Bosch business areas. We have a passion for providing excellent customer service and care to our customers. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the customer order process ensuring all orders are accurately managed
  • Answer customer enquires via phone and email
  • Resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain daily reports
  • Work as team to support your colleagues

Requirements:

  • Must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of degree
  • Strong customer service focused skills
  • Ability to communicate well to all business levels
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Computer literate in Microsoft packages
  • Great telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail with a right first time approach
  • Can do attitude and positive mindset
  • Receptive to new ideas, approaches and ways of working
