Job Responsibility:
Guide members through completion of the finance application process (AFF) and associated documentation
Collect, validate and review supporting financial information including income, liabilities and expenses to ensure completeness and accuracy
Conduct preliminary affordability and serviceability checks using company tools to identify missing information or potential concerns prior to credit assessment
Perform quality and compliance checks to ensure documentation meets responsible lending and internal policy standards before submission to Consumer Finance
Liaise with members to clarify information, obtain supporting evidence and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate and complete deposit processing and contract documentation in line with company procedures
Facilitate and manage the Docusign process to ensure all agreements are executed accurately and on time
Act as the key point of contact between Soles, Members and Finance to support smooth application
Risk or complex scenarios (e.g. hardship indicators, incomplete information, credit concerns) to the Consumer Finance team
Sales contact with members where required
Validate and collect evidence of income, and clarify information on their credit application
Processing rescinds and organising refunds within company guidelines
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety, ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
Display Hospitality with HEART to all internal and external parties

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, including phone manner, verbal and written communication
Proven ability to communicate with customers, internal or external, professionally
Have a strong understanding of finances
Previous experience in a Telesales environment
Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills
Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced
Ability to work as a team player, be supportive of co-workers and be willing to contribute to a positive working environment
