To help support our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, driven people to join our Business Development Centre to help drive our success! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Executive to join our Revive team. As our Customer Liaison Executive you will be contacting our customers who have recently been into or spoken to any one of our dealerships about a deal on a new or a used vehicle. You will be contacting the customer to follow up from their visit, seeing what we did well, the reasons they didn't purchase a vehicle and if applicable, assisting our dealerships to help convert the enquiry in to a sale. The role will involve working 42hrs per week between the hours of 9:30am-7:00pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 9:30am - 4pm. You will be required to work every 2nd Saturday 9:30am - 1:30pm. We will reward you well with a competitive basic salary an an OTE of £32,356.64

  • Contacting customers who have recently visited or spoken to dealerships about a deal on a new or used vehicle
  • following up from customer visits to see what was done well and reasons they did not purchase
