Job Description:

Key customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, working with a vibrant team in Windsor to deliver exceptional service in the luxury interiors sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
  • Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and internal sales teams
  • Build strong relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and architects
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Promote luxury fabrics and accessories
