Job Description:

Key customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, working with a vibrant team in Windsor to deliver exceptional service in the luxury interiors sector.

Job Responsibility:

Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and internal sales teams
Build strong relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and architects
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Promote luxury fabrics and accessories
Manage revenue targets for a defined customer group
Deliver world-class customer experience and aftercare
Handle returns and resolve issues efficiently
Stay informed on export, freight, and VAT procedures
Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer journey

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service and order processing
Clear, confident, and professional telephone manner
Background in luxury interiors, fabrics, or design is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
SAP experience is advantageous
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work independently and take initiative
Passionate about interiors and delivering excellence
