As our customer journey specialist specifically focused on the search on the website and in the app you ensure that customers find exactly what they’re looking for; fast, relevant and frictionless. You use insights, data and smart tooling to optimise search performance across all countries, driving conversion, engagement and commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Analyse customer search behaviour and conversion data to identify optimisation opportunities on the website and in the app
Ensure relevance, accuracy and continuous improvement of search results across all websites and apps
Become Hunkemöller’s expert in Bloomreach Discovery and leverage the tool to its full potential
Define, implement and test search logic tailored to regional languages, behaviours and campaign moments
Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests and translate learnings into actionable improvements
You are part of the ecommerce team and work closely with Product, Traffic and Marketing internally and our partner Bloomreach
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, online merchandising or search optimisation
Proven track record of improving on-site search performance using data-driven decisions
Experience with tools like Bloomreach Discovery, Algolia, Constructor, Coveo, Klevu, Unbxd or similar
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear improvements
Customer-first and mobile-first mindset across all initiatives
Fluent in English
