In a role in Product Development & Management, you'll oversee our entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and ensuring successful delivery and ongoing performance. As a Customer Journey Operations, you will be responsible for driving and delivering operational change across BUK. You will work closely with journey owners to understand how changes are implemented, assess performance, and identify both current and upcoming challenges in managing customer experience journeys. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee operational activities, influence key stakeholders, and design and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and deliver operational change across BUK
Work closely with journey owners to understand how changes are implemented, assess performance, and identify both current and upcoming challenges in managing customer experience journeys
Coordinate and oversee operational activities
Influence key stakeholders
Design and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer outcomes
Development of customer level strategies & solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs
Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team
Development of product propositions, and/or service strategy
Development of different commercial and business models
Evaluation of the technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks
Monitoring of market trends and analysis feedback
Management of comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments
Monitoring of key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and implementing new people-centered operational models
Proficiency in using SharePoint and creating dashboards for reporting and insights
Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
Have previous operational experience
Demonstrable experience in change management preferably in a people focused environment
Nice to have:
Good communication skills
Design operational experience
Knowledge of using Jira
Experience working in Agile ways
