Job Responsibility:
Transform all insights into business insights and recommendation
Process market data to extract knowledge regarding customers, segments, products
Report in the organization and explain, when needed, to business partners, the KPIs related to the performance across sales channels of our products
Understand and articulate market trends into actionable proposals
Manage end to end research projects related to consumers and retailers
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to build action plans for improvement
Interact with retailer in the development of common projects focusing on insights
Work closely with research agencies to be up to date with latest developments related to the research industry and tools/methodologies available
Create & implement methods/procedures to consolidate and analyze unstructured data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
Develop, implement & integrate within recurrent analysis demographics & product usage behavior data collection
Requirements:
Experience working in market research and familiarity with statistic tools and methodologies
Knowledge of FMCG industry is preferred
Ability to work with numbers and complex databases
The ability to make correlations between various data sources and understand cause-effect relationships in the market
Analytical thinking and organized mindset
Strong business acumen and understanding how a retailer works
Good communication skills coupled with stakeholder management abilities
