Job Description:

Lead customer insights with livestock farmers to uncover needs and challenges, translating real-world learnings into future farm vision, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll lead a hands-on programme of customer and industry insight to uncover how farmers make decisions and where the greatest opportunities exist for new technology and data solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead customer insight work across farming and ranching systems
  • Design and run in-depth interviews and market conversations
  • Build clear customer personas and decision-maker maps
  • Identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities across the farming ecosystem
  • Test value propositions, pricing expectations, and willingness to pay
  • Engage with key industry influencers including vets, agronomists, consultants, and regulators
  • Translate insights into commercial models, pricing logic, and go-to-market strategy
  • Deliver clear, decision-ready recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering customer insight that informed real product or commercial decisions
