Lead customer insights with livestock farmers to uncover needs and challenges, translating real-world learnings into future farm vision, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll lead a hands-on programme of customer and industry insight to uncover how farmers make decisions and where the greatest opportunities exist for new technology and data solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead customer insight work across farming and ranching systems
Design and run in-depth interviews and market conversations
Build clear customer personas and decision-maker maps
Identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities across the farming ecosystem
Test value propositions, pricing expectations, and willingness to pay
Engage with key industry influencers including vets, agronomists, consultants, and regulators
Translate insights into commercial models, pricing logic, and go-to-market strategy
Deliver clear, decision-ready recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering customer insight that informed real product or commercial decisions
Strong exposure to agriculture or farming systems (essential)
Experience engaging directly with farmers, advisors, or agricultural stakeholders
The ability to translate complex insight into clear commercial direction
Strong synthesis and storytelling skills
Comfort working independently in an exploratory environment
A pragmatic, curious mindset and willingness to get out into the field
