Job Responsibility:
Work with Salesforce and other Customer Service systems to advance data mining techniques to collate, distil and build reports for simple actionable insights
Take the data and provide the insight to support better decision making, finding operational efficiencies, improving processes
Embed into customer teams, understand the operation and recommend solutions
Requirements:
SQL skills
Power BI skills
Python and R would be advantageous
Experience working with large customer datasets (ideally customer data, customer behaviour, etc.)
Ability to communicate findings of trend analysis through simple and clear dashboards, commentary and reports
Ability to build good working relations with key stakeholders
Commercial mindset to operations
